TOOLS OVERVIEW VIDEOSThis software literally saved us!!! Seriously… 42 fields and 31 were rained out. Couple of button pushes and all were rescheduled and everyone notified. Couldn’t believe how easy. In the past Scores & Standings were a nightmare – scores coming in as text, calls, email or not at all. Calculating standings – crazy making! Now my coaches put it in and it instantly updates the standings with runs allowed/against. I can ping those late and can easily update as well. Thanks for help stopping the craziness! Surprise was the LEAGUE STORE option – This has made ordering uniforms easier and we even offer Spirit Wear now. Great fundraiser too! Wow is all I can say… I use everything. Registration is now a breeze, easily accept / cancel teams with one button, creating schedules, dashboard that shows my tournament status and how much money outstanding, quick emails for overdue AND everything is updated on the website and team’s Coaches Dugout… I REALLY like the automated email notification options and one touch communication. This has made everything easier and more organized. Amazed on how much time I have saved making schedules and managing my league – easy. Moving teams in an out isn’t a problem. There are reports that help show overlap and gaps too. Gives my team and fans maps and directions through the site. We scrapped our old site and multiple pieces and now have a professional Tournament Site – updated real time No more multiple emails, papers, excel sheets, mailing lists, updating html… Definitely Less Headaches! We just use the ADMIN system and it takes care of the rest. |
